The underlying theory of my philosophy of change involves “New Thought” which is similar to philosophical idealism. This belief system holds that all things in the world are appearances as created by One Consciousness, of which we are a part as individual conscious beings. As expressions of that one consciousness, we can create what we experience in the world, for ourselves and for humanity by altering our consciousness through a variety of practices, like, visioning, meditation, mindfulness, affirmations, and self-reflection, etc.

Prior to listening or viewing any of the meditations on or linked to or from this website by Tim A O’Connor or Kim W.
